There are various forms of rotten fruit.
Bitter roots are all about our thinking of oneself, saying things like; life will be hard, life will always fail, I never will succeed. I must try harder. I feel constant shame, I cannot communicate well, I can’t take criticism, I can’t hear God, Who am I, I can’t relax, I look awful, I feel awful, why am I so sensitive, why am I depressed, no one listens to me, I feel like I am invisible.
Life experiences can lead to constant failure. We must look after ourselves by investing in ourselves especially when we have these thoughts and feelings.
