Cardio

You know you are out of shape when you are huffing and puffing after 3 minutes of lunges all while lifting a 5 pound ball.

Now thats some kind of workout! Thr cardio was exactly what the doctor ordered. That was more intense then walking or going on some piece of equipment.

I will attempt to get up too doing reps by the end of the week. I have to take baby steps for now, though.

They say being seditary for 9 or more hours a day is worse than being a smoker.
